Austin,The Land of Glittering Objects
The stars were out in Austin that night. So were the Star Fruit and The Movie Stars. Bette Davis was fondly remembered that night as the Sea Creature and the Butterfly reminisced about earlier days when they had sat in fields of Sunflowers and worn their Navajo Jewelry. They drank their coffee from the Tole Ware Pot and ate the Guava cookies that had come wrapped in the special calligraphy paper from Korea. The American Clock was ticking in the background as they folded up the paisley table cloth and walked into the glittering night.
